another tmd long week. haven finish 1 project got another. poly life kinda sian if there is no diff activity. maths is the worst. like mon-thurs 4hrs maths consecative a day on average. learning amaths and calculus. arcade-ed on weds. kitson was owning on the initial d but last game i manage to win due to the help from others. lol, poor kitson, overtake ppl kana hit on the ear, at the final moment kana down to 1st gear. lol. anyway went for dragon boat traning on friday. was damn tired la. now my hand cant even extend straight. so damn pain. training was tuff. run 4 rounds around the outside track, thn 3sets of 8 pull ups. 3 sets of 20 push up+ 20 crunches. thn do weight lifting. 3sets of 12. for 3 diff lifts. thn is pedal training. kinda fun though, the brotherhood, but sadly, my heart is with tkd. i'm kinda weak when it comes to physical stuffs like db training. shld go gym more often. BTW WED WAS HER BIRTHDAY!!!! |
